New UID generation system that uses the full year as a prefix. Should stop UIDs
from being reused.

Made the sucs site use the SUCS PAF lookup.

set the cookie prefix to the dbname instead of sucssite so you can be logged into multipule versions of the sucssite without errors

Library ISPN validation was throwing errors like:  Non-static method Validate_ISPN::isbn() should not be called statically
Went through and added the prefix public static function() to stop unexpected output from component appearing when adding books
Not sure I got all use cases but for Shipping containers I don't think we need to worry too much

Update to fix email detectin becuase "very.unusual.@.unusual.com"@example.com is apprently a vlaid email wtf

Extend ldap script to let people sign in with their emails because for some people they think username == email adderess

Replace all the addslashes with parameterised queries, and attempt to spot anywhere else that failed to escape queries properly
