Finder a cleaner, more sustainable way to scrape the SU's site for membership data

We currently have a somewhat unsustainable (relies on politics) way of getting data from the SUs system as to who is a sucs member.

There's has to be a better way.

Unfortunately the more sustainable way involves a proper API for the SU system - which is either expensive or non-existent (I forget which I was told originally).

@tswsl1989 it's expensive that's why, the SU don't want to pay for it.

However we can maybe use http://www.swansea-union.co.uk/organisation/salesreports/6613/ and scrape, stduent numbers and transaction IDs using the SUCS SU gmail account.

https://projects.sucs.org/sucssite/suapiv2 now exists.

Need to mangle the sucssite to use it.
