Drop MySQL on silver

We currently offer members MySQL database access on silver.

Unlike PostgreSQL we can't use peoples uids for auth so that means we make members a mysql user and generate them a separate password. It's all very clunky and disjointed.

I say we drop it from silver, and if members want a MySQL db they can make a VM.
