missing mw -who breaks sucs website

http://sucs.org/Community/Milliways contains a box that should present the current list of users on mw but now present and oddly broken up mw login screen because it uses mw -who which has been removed.

This is also why users who have cloned the sucssite are getting random very brief logins to mw.

Whilst we could remove the wholist from this page I think it would be better if we could provide some tool/option that provides the correct functionality.
