Bah. Fixed the bug in the helpfile

Changed mrod() and zod() in incoming.c to use the new 'raw' mode of
broadcast().
Changed the prefix of the changeinfo messages from "INFO:" to
"CHANGEINFO:"
Removed the broadcasts when you do !su [on|off]

Added chatmode for it too

Added Tnarg gag help

Updated the 'topten' command help

Latest chatmodes for gags etc..

Modified ignorelist code - clearing the ignorelist remotely is now official
- just set or clear the "i" chatmode flag.  Fry: please stop changing this

Right. '!help <topic>' now pauses after a screen of writing.

Also, have updated the '--more--', hit a key things all over mw, so now mw
is fully terminal size independant - screen wraps at terminal width, not 80
chars, and '--more--' statements always appear at terminal height, not 21,
22, or 24 characters as they randomly seem to be
