Done all the help files - finally!

Changed, because of new command stuff

add a help file whereami (spell chacked (and complty rewriten) by fry)

Added event instruction 'body' which strips prefixes added by timestamp,
spy and global, from the message.

Modified broadcast() so it uses a format string & variable args
(like log).  Also added a raw mode, which could be (but isn't yet)
used for mrod messages.

Added 'wizinfo' messages, which everyone with wiz sees when you change
a user's status, etc.

Added help files for the CREATE, EXIT and JOIN instructions.

Ooh.. files :)

Right. '!help <topic>' now pauses after a screen of writing.

Also, have updated the '--more--', hit a key things all over mw, so now mw
is fully terminal size independant - screen wraps at terminal width, not 80
chars, and '--more--' statements always appear at terminal height, not 21,
22, or 24 characters as they randomly seem to be
