The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Site now has basic scaling for mobile phones as well as a sticky footer for the bottom of the page. There are some issues with the breadcrumb not always getting scaled correctly but these will be tricky to fix in CSS and are probably better handled by redesigning the top nav bar entirely which is a job for the future.
