Fix SUCS logo in header

games.sucs.org appears to be using a badly converted version of the logo, which is then rescaled in the header bar. Replace it with a version which is closer to the correct size (or use an SVG version directly if support is wide enough these days) and have it converted to white on transparent properly rather than leaving bits of orange around the edge.
