* VERSION_TWEAK is now the svn changeset number (we should really have a better way to synchronise version numbers between the spec file and Makefile though)
 * Updated credits with some history taken from the svn timeline
 * Don't print an error if we can't send a message to someone's Milliways (although it would be nicer if we could still print an error when sending to a single person rather than a broadcast)
