Contact form at /People/Staff needs implementing

Description

The contact form at the bottom of the Staff page needs a component to handle it. This should be a separate file as the page is static and can be handled by the static component. Once implemented, the action="" on the form needs to be pointed at the new component.

It probably shouldn't be at /People/Staff, but we could certainly do with some sort of contact form I think

Possibly Placed at /About/Staff? Maybe automatically pulling the list of "staff" from the sudoers files in the db? Admin - Sysadmin&sysape Helpers - helpers Then we could implement an Exec Flag in the DB that would pull the current exec & a Former Flagg that would pull the thanks list?
