/Community/Members is (reasonably) uninformative and ugly when not logged in

Description

We could put much nicer things on this page for not logged-in people. Banana information is public at /Community/Bananas anyway so we might as well include some of this.

Even the present information (links to members with public websites, a blatant attempt at search engine optimisation ;-)) could be better laid out. Perhaps alphabetically clustered?
