More Lightning Talk sessions!

It'd be nice to prearrange some of these before Freshers', so we can stick them in the handbook and tell people what's happening when. How often should they be? Twice a term? Maybe one lot just after/during Freshers, and one lot in November or December, for the autumn/winter term?
