Allow ability to set backup set as a CRON job

It would be useful if we had a "one click" way of setting up a backup set as a CRON job. It's easy to set it up manually, but it would be nice.

Thanks for your bug report. The scheduled backup has been a requested feature previously and will likely be a part of pybackpack once some necessary groundwork is done. I'll leave this ticket open as a reminder.
