"Session Expired" message in the wrong place

Description

Currently, the "Session Expired" message appears above the main part of the page, whereas it should appear in the same place as username/password errors in the login box. It also appears twice for some reason. Also, it appears even if the point at which it notices the session expires is when you've just logged back in.
